Southern Ocean Pale Ale

The warm malt character of this beer is shaped by the Australian, UK and German specialty malts are at its heart. A unique combination of NZ and US hops provide fruity aromatics with zingy grapefruit notes, which give way to a cleansing wave of bitterness.

Requiem – New World Pilsner
Style: Pilsner.
Malt Varieties: Pilsner, Wheat and Carapils.
Hop Varieties: Amarillo, Helga, Pacifica, Perle and Ella.

This beer has a subtle malt backbone which is hopped like an American pale ale with three different Hallertau varieties from Germany, Australia and New Zealand. It displays classic lager characteristics but has hop character that sets it apart.

Hop Bazooka IPA
Style: India Pale Ale.
Malt Varieties: Ale, Dark Munich, Crystal and Light Caramel.
Hop Varieties: Citra, Galaxy & Ella.
Food Pairing: Asian stir fry and anything spicy.
Alcohol: 5.6%
Bitterness: 55 IBU
Colour: 14 EBC
An exuberant blend of Citra, Galaxy and Ella hops are complimented by locally malted barley. Not for the faint hearted, this IPA is a big but balanced beer with an amazing resinous mouthfeel and a solid malt structure that holds it all together

White IPA: El Dorado – Single Hop
Style: Belgian witbier / IPA.
Malt Varieties: Ale Malt, Wheat Malt, Raw Wheat & Rolled Oats.
Hop Varieties: US El Dorado.
Food Pairing: Cheese and Antipasto.
Alcohol: 6.3%.
Bitterness: 60 IBU.
Colour: 10 EBC.
Our Brewery is a rustic environment where our beers are truly hand crafted. It takes dedication, skill and passion to bring each one to life. A few times a year the brewers are allowed the freedom to push the boundaries in an attempt to create something truly memorable.

This beer seamlessly merges two classic styles, the Belgian witbier and the American IPA.

A traditional witbier grist bill and suitably fruity yeast strain meshes with an exciting American hop variety, El Dorado. Like the mythical city of gold this brew is worth hunting for.

Festival Beer: Gee Town Brown – American Brown Ale
Style: American Brown Ale.
Malt Varieties: Vienna, Aurora, Crystal, Chocolate and Wheat.
Hop Varieties: Centennial and Cascade.
Food Pairing: Red Meats and BBQ Meats.
Alcohol: 6.8%

Once again we have let the brewer’s imagination loose on this American style of beer. They have created a beer which has an excellent malt backbone giving distinctive chocolate and caramel flavours and is balanced by fruity hops. The hop flavour and aroma complements and enhances the malt rather than clashing with it.
